UPSET TESTERS

Vale Industries sets the standards for fast, accurate testing of your bar material that stops scrap fast! Cycle times of less than 4 seconds to shear and 5 seconds to upset give you the fastest quality control answers possible. Die sets are available in both US and DIN specs for your convenience and versatility. Upset percentage is easily adjustable by means of a simple limit switch mechanism connected to an external hand knob adjustment. Vale Upset Testers enjoy the famous Vale reliability and are rated to 5,00 PSI hydraulically, yet they are operated at only 4,500 PSI for longer life and increased reliability. Tooling and plattens are interchangeable and incorporate a degree of sharpening ability for longer life and less downtime.
